By using our website or requesting an audit, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use the service. No signature needed.
We provide an AI Visibility Audit — a personalized report that evaluates how your business appears (or doesn't) when customers use AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI to find local service providers in your area.
The report includes an AI Visibility Score, a breakdown of how your competitors are doing, and a prioritized list of recommendations. During our early access period, this is provided at no cost.
Your report is for your use. You can read it, save it, share it with your team, and act on the recommendations to improve your business listings.
You cannot resell it, present it as your own original research, or use it to build a competing audit service.
The methodology, scoring system, and format behind the audit are ours. The specific data and recommendations in your report are tailored to your business, but the framework we built to create them belongs to Smartech Marketing Systems.
All content on our website — text, images, logos, design — is ours unless we've said otherwise. Don't copy or reuse it without asking.
We put real effort into every audit. But here's what you should understand going in:
We provide the audit as-is. We stand behind the quality of our work, but we can't make promises about specific business results.
If we make an error in your report, we'll fix it — that's our commitment. What we won't be liable for: lost profits or missed opportunities tied to information in the audit, decisions you make based on it that don't work out, or issues caused by third-party AI platforms changing their behavior.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service you received. During early access that's zero, so this is mostly here for completeness.
Give us accurate information about your business. Don't misuse the service in ways that could harm others. Don't try to scrape or reverse-engineer our site or tools. Be the actual owner — or authorized representative — of the business you're submitting.
You can stop using us at any time. If you've requested an audit we haven't delivered yet, just let us know and we'll cancel it. During early access, there's no payment to worry about.
We might update these terms down the road. If we do, the date at the top changes. For anything significant, we'll email you about it. Continuing to use the service after a change means you're fine with the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If there's ever a disagreement, it'll be handled under BC law, and any proceedings would take place in Coquitlam, BC.
