When you request an AI Visibility Audit, we collect the information you type into the form: your first name, email address, business name, business website, and optionally your city and industry. That's it.
Like most websites, we also collect standard anonymous usage data — which pages you visited, how long you spent, and what device you used. This is aggregated. We don't build individual profiles from it.
To deliver the audit you asked for. Specifically: preparing and sending your personalized report, and following up if you want us to. We use the anonymous site data to improve how the page works.
We don't sell your information. We don't use it for advertising. We don't hand it off to third parties for their marketing.
Your information is stored in GoHighLevel (GHL), the platform we use to run our business. GHL uses standard security — encryption in transit and at rest. We don't keep a separate database outside of GHL.
We hold onto your information for up to 12 months after your audit is delivered, in case you want to reference past results or request another. You can ask us to delete it at any time — just send an email.
No one, with two narrow exceptions — the infrastructure we actually run on:
No data brokers. No ad networks. No mysterious "partners."
We may use functional cookies so the site works the way it's supposed to — things like keeping your session active. GHL's embedded forms set their own cookies as part of normal processing.
We don't use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or advertising cookies on this site.
You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct anything that's wrong, delete your information entirely, or stop receiving emails from us at any time. Just send us an email and we'll take care of it within 5 business days.
If we update this policy, the date at the top will change. If it's a significant update, we'll also email anyone who has submitted an audit request so you're not caught off guard.
